Paris – France, Octobre 31, 2008 –TechViz and LeNovo are pleased to announce their participation at the upcoming PTC World 2008 events organized by PTC. These events will take place from the 11th to the 18th of November in five European cities.

PTC World 2008 will be the third edition of these organized annual conferences. These conference events will travel across Europe to five European city locations:

November 11 & 12, in Darmstadt – Germany

November 13, in Paris – France

November 14, in Copenhagen – Denmark

November 17, in Modena – Italy

November 18, in Warwickshire – UK

Presentations and demonstrations planned at PTC World 2008 will showcase their software product solutions including Pro/ENGINEER, Windchill, Mathcad, ProductView, CoCreate et Arbortext, as well as workshops and e-learning sessions.

Showcased in the exhibition hall will be demonstrations and presentations from partners, resellers and suppliers of PTC solutions, like Lenovo, a “Platinium” partner will collaborate with TechViz, a provider of software solutions in 3D visualization in real time, for this event. PTC World 2008 will include the opportunity for TechViz and Lenovo to show their solutions:
A Lenovo PC cluster (two D10 rendering PCs and a W700 connected to 2 screens of 24’’) will be used to make a TechViz XL demonstration using a motion tracking system from A.R.T. and a HMD from NVIS, Inc.
Additionally, you will be able to load your 3D models from your existing application such as Pro/ENGINEER or ProductView, and in real time, immerse yourself into your 3D model as if you were in the actual prototype viewing it at a 1:1 scale.
In order to try out the performance of our solutions, you will be able to test your own 3D models, directly and instantaneously at PTC World 2008. You can interact with your 3D models thanks to TechViz.
